sometimes you just need pancakes
Today is my second to last day of work before I take the summer off!!! I was dropped off early so I took this opportunity to eat chocolate chip pancakes. Sometimes you just need them!

this is fire season for us...unfortunately our rain season has been on the dry side so that coupled with strong sundowner winds makes the white fire something to be watched!

up close and personal
these photos were just taken from around our yard. they were all shot with just your standard kit lens. i think its just amazing how GOD created everything with such beautiful detail.
